Compact, neat unit with a comfortable bed, coffee, for instance. Pretty quiet area, very central location so close to the Underground, central London or other places, and buses.

Got the same comfortable and fantastic standard room with a spare single bed booked online, really enjoyed that.

Generally, the place was original and had excellent co-operating staff who blatantly lied to management. Standard double room was well-equipped.

It was restful time in Ilford. Clean place and great staff, enjoyed marvellous and incredible location. They gave us amazingly comfortable standard room with 2 double beds. The food selection was good.

Original place, it was fairly clean and had superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff who blatantly lied to management. The food was savoury and there were variety of dishes in the menu. Great location - just a walk down to everywhere

I had a restful experience here, everything was great, the location was awesome just off a West-End restaurant, Ilfords train station, and a garden. I had a standard room included with a bath, Netflix, for instance. The breakfast offered

When we checked in, standard double room with a comfortable bed was ready. The location was magnificent and ideal, just off a West-End restaurant and central London or other places.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ilford and had a great experience with the staff. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Anna who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. The location of the hotel was also 

The standard king room I got was included with Netflix. The service was excellent. In addition, the parking was nearby. The location in a fairly quiet area was awesome.

The staff were hospitable and assisted us greatly. The team provided an excellant service.
